Judith D. Dunston, Deacon Judy.  I envision my role as Deacon at The Restoration Place is to support the designated work of the Church, the Pastor, our members, guests, and all people that I encounter by sharing the Love of Christ, the mission of our church, and my personal journey so people know that Christ is available to all. 

I’ve been with the Restoration Place, NC for about five years, serving as Deacon for almost two years.  I have served in other churches as a teacher in both Sunday School and Children’s Church, usher board member and president, and choir member. I have long loved engaging in Bible Study, discussing the meaning and interpretation of biblical concepts their impact and influence on our lives as well as learning about their impact on others. I am a proud alumna and recent retiree of North Carolina Central University.
