The Restoration Place recognizes the complex take of establishing and maintaining protocols and efficiencies without jeopardizing the mission; to this end, Brother Lyndell serves as Director of Operation.” The Ministry Project Manager is tasked with operationalizing the mission and purpose of The Restoration Place. As The Restoration Place continues its growth and expansion of existing programs, community connections (community service), and partnerships development Brother Lyndell will work with Pastor E and the Executive Leadership Team, establishing ministry efficiencies and frameworks. Brother Lyndell found a home with The Restoration Place in 2022 after an extended leave from the institution of church.

Lyndell holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and serves as the SVP of Support Services at Covenant House New York. CHNY provides support and services to homeless youth. Brother Lyndell embodies the service concept, having spent almost three decades working with disadvantaged youth or, as he calls them, “Youth with untapped potential.” Brother Lyndell loves to run, serve, and shop for sneakers.
